We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join our team. This position is ideal for a high school or college co-op student who is passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing. As a Social Media Intern, you will be responsible for creating and posting content across various social media platforms, engaging with the social audience, and assisting with the overall social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:
Develop engaging and creative content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), TikTok, and more.
Assist in the creation of graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and plan content ideas.
Content Posting:
Schedule and publish posts on various social media platforms.
Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and guidelines.
Monitor social media channels for trending topics and relevant content opportunities.
Audience Engagement:
Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
Foster a positive online community and engage with our audience to build relationships.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving social media engagement and reach.
Social Media Strategy:
Assist in developing and implementing social media campaigns.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
Support the marketing team with various tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a high school or college co-op program.
Strong passion for social media and digital marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their functionalities.
