Responsibilities

Be involved in the approach to the CX solutions Sales process
Become an expert on our CX solutions and portfolio
Research on latest CX tool and platforms in market
Create comparative analysis on EXL CX solutions with market leading products
Communicate analyses by preparing presentations for and participating in C-level discussions

Qualifications

Master’s or Bachelor's degree in electronics or computer engineering or AI related field from top-tier universities with strong record of achievement, solid technical ability, and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to work
0-2 years’ experience with Contact Center/CCaaS/Conversational AI skills and hands-on approach

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location and experience.
