About The Role

The Development Intern will support the team with coordination of consultants and municipal authorities and will assist in the creation of project schedules. The successful candidate will be exposed to a diverse range of projects within various stages of the development cycle, from initial design to final occupancy and will support all development administration including document management, control, and coordination. This is a great opportunity to learn about the fundamentals of the real estate development function at Marcon Developments. Please note, this Internship opportunity will be filled on a temporary basis.

About You

You are enrolled in a degree or diploma in a relevant field
You pride yourself on your attention to detail and ability to think proactively on issues
You have strong written and verbal communication skills
You have a desire and willingness to gain experience in a fast-paced and growing work environment
You are interested in Real Estate Development
You want an opportunity to gain applied practice of technological solutions to support design & construction
