Key Responsibilities:

As a core member of our Product Team, you will be responsible to:

Manage the product backlog and prioritize items based on business value.
Work closely with the development team to ensure that the product is delivered on time and meets the needs of our customers.
Ensure that user stories are well-defined and understood by the development team.
Work with stakeholders to ensure that their needs are being met.
Ensure that the product meets quality standards.
Translate business strategy into product strategy and work closely with our development team to ensure timely delivery of key product features.
Support the customer success team in interactions with customers relating to product features or bugs.
Communicate with team members on progress, issues, and needs.

Qualifications:

Some experience working on a digital product in a product management, product ownership, or product marketing role.
Experience with agile product management concepts and methods.
An ability to work independently and empathetically in a sensitive domain.
Ability to engage in online and in-person conversations with our community to identify bugs, missing features, or areas of future improvement to our products.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

It is an added benefit if you have any of the following experiences or skills:

Experience working with Shortcut, Microsoft DevOps, or similar software.
Any experience or interest in the legal or insurance industry.
