Job Description

Propra is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated student to join our highly motivated and talented team as an Operations Intern. This is a full-time 4 month term starting September 5, 2023, with the possibility of extension to 8 months based on performance.

This is open to post-secondary students, currently enrolled in their 3rd or 4th year, and who are returning to full-time or part-time studies after completing the work term. Candidates must be located in Calgary or open to relocate for on-site work.

What You'll Be Doing

Identifying and researching areas of opportunity to support our ongoing strategy within the market and its competitive landscape
Contributing to and maintaining Propra’s customer resource hub and platform documentation
Working cross functionally on projects, analysis and strategic initiatives between various functions product, sales, operations, and/or technology as needed
Supporting processes for filling the lead funnel, onboarding new customers, and triaging support requests through various channels

Qualifications

You are pursuing an undergraduate degree, currently enrolled in your 3rd or 4th year
You are innovative and resourceful with an entrepreneurial spirit
You have great attention to detail and enjoy solving problems
You are personable and an effective communicator with strong organizational skills
You are incredibly driven and hungry to learn with a passion for technology
You are a strong team player who can excel in a fast-paced environment
You are willing to do the hard work required to build an exceptional company
