Job Description

The successful candidate will have an interest in the sponsorship/experiential industry, or related skills within a professional environment, using creative thinking and individual initiative, including the following:

Support the development and execution of all activation plans for events/clients
Work in a collaborative manner with all Publicis integrated account leads to ensure flawless project delivery against the client’s objectives and agreed upon budget
Support SAM/Director on budget development and management, including organization of vendors, contracts, budget updates, and other administrative tasks
Develop status documents, project critical paths and proactively manage deliverable dates
Contribute to a positive, collaborative and team focused environment that aligns with Publicis’ company culture, principles and values
Act as liaison with production partners and event properties / venues, while working with a network of vendors to drive the desired experience and results
Research and outreach to various events and locations to secure permits
Supporting SAM / Director in vendor communication regarding builds and fabrication, printing, and other production
Attend activations as on-site lead, or as on-call support – flexibity is required where needed – including evenings and weekends
Assist in development of training documents using client provided key messaging
Assist in compilation of pre event planning documents and playbooks, and creating post event reports, including key learnings, insights, analysis, implications and recommendations

Qualifications

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Ability to create visually impactful, articulate, and comprehensive presentations is an asset
Interest and exposure to sponsorship and event operations experience (preferably in the experiential, sports and/or entertainment field)
Laser sharp attention to detail
Entrepreneurial drive, supported by a proactive self starter mentality
Thrive working in a team environment
An energetic, cooperative and pleasant personality – we want to work with great people
Willing to travel
Access to vehicle or full G licence
