Role Description:

TREALT is seeking a motivated and creative Social Media & Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry while developing valuable marketing skills. As a Marketing Intern, you will support our Real Estate Agents with a variety of tasks and projects, including:

Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities
Creating engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Writing blogs and email drip campaigns
Analyzing marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
Assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns
Designing promotional materials and graphics
Managing social media accounts and scheduling posts
Supporting event planning and coordination
Updating and maintaining marketing databases and CRM systems

This is a remote role that provides flexibility, with an option for a hybrid work environment if desired. The position offers a valuable learning experience in a fast-paced and supportive setting.

Qualifications and Experience:

Currently pursuing a university or college degree in marketing, business, real estate, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
