Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for Warehouse/ Internal Logistics Specialist located in Maltepe / Istanbul.
• Ensures various warehousing operations, including packing and storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatching are executed in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
• Maintains complete and accurate data in the ERP system.
• Checks the quality of incoming goods for storage.
• Ensures daily contact with suppliers.
• Participates in regular inventory control processes,
• Checking customs documents,
• Supporting the team for daily operations,
• Assisting the sales support team in managing customer orders throughout the entire process, including order entry, tracking, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Proactively updates customers on the status of issues and provides clarifications for any questions they may have throughout repair processes
• Ensures a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the entire process.
• Collaborates with after-sales services and/or spare parts teams to resolve issues efficiently
Qualifications for the role
- An associate degree graduate,
- Preferably knowledge of logistics experience,
- Preferably having a forklift license
- SAP knowledge is a plus,
- High ability to work in a team,
- Good communication skills,
