SALES & MARKETING INTERN KalSoft is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Marketing Interns to join our Canada sales team in our Mississauga office. This Internship is designed for college and university students or recent graduates who have a strong interest in sales and marketing and are eager to gain practical experience in a professional setting. Key Responsibilities: Assist in lead generation through market research and online tools. Conductcold callingto identify potential clients and introduce them to the company’s IT solutions. Support the sales team in preparing client presentations, proposals, and quotes. Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Participate in client meetings and follow up with prospects via email and phone calls. Help identify new sales opportunities in the IT sector, including cloud solutions, managed services, and software products. Support the sales team in achieving theirmonthly targets and KPIs. Collaborate with the team to identifynew sales strategies and opportunities. Assist in creating and scheduling digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, etc.). Research industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for marketing strategies. Create content for social media channels, blogs, and newsletters to promote IT services. Collaborate on the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, case studies, and presentations. Requirements: Only Canadian residents apply. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma inBusiness, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Strong interest in sales and marketing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Prior experience or coursework in sales, marketing, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
