What you will do
- Create and update employee files in HR document management system (50% of the role)
- Support HR Core team with HRIS data validation and entries
- Support Onboarding Specialist, Benefits Specialist & Global Mobility Specialist
- Employee letter creation
- Employee filing
- Assist employees with HR-related inquiries
- Perform a range of HR transactional/administrative tasks such as new hire and onboarding administration, management of background checks and benefitsenrolment
- Work with other HR team members to shadow and learn about the different roles
- May perform additional projects upon request
What we are looking for
- Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business, or related program
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills; both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong initiative
