Who we're looking for
You’ll be a good match for the role on our operations team if you’re excited by a small team taking on large challenges, and doing everything it takes to win the trust of our customers. We’re a fun team with serious drive and are looking for someone to dive in and join the hustle.
In this role, you will
- Be a critical member of our operations and patient support team, helping ensure an exceptional patient experience
- Drive KPIs that ensure continued improvement of the operations team
- Analyze data to identify trends and drive areas for continuous improvement (customer feedback, support metrics, and data)
- Work with company leadership to streamline operations and enhance the patient journey, identifying the key touch points across interactions with customers and developing strategies to optimize success
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent, or currently enrolled in university studies
- Strong written and oral communication skills (English)
- Ability to balance attention to detail with efficient execution in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and desire to make a change in Canadian healthcare
