Position: Operations Intern (Summer)
Location: Downtown Toronto. In-person Monday through Friday. This is not a remote role.
Duration: Early/Mid June to Early/Mid September

Position Summary:
The Operations Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the operations team with various tasks and projects to ensure efficient and effective business operations. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in operational processes, logistics, and project management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about the inner workings of business operations. Through this role, the intern will develop essential skills in data management and operational analysis while contributing to the overall success of the team. This role will require the ability to work in-person at our Downtown Toronto office Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
The Operations Intern will support the operations team by assisting in the management of day-to-day activities and ensuring smooth business operations. Responsibilities include data entry, maintaining and updating records, and preparing operational reports. Additional tasks include conducting research, supporting project implementation, analyzing operational workflows, and providing general administrative support such as scheduling meetings and managing communications.
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information, detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience: Previous internship or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
