Role Overview:
7Gen is looking to add a Junior Business Development Analyst Intern/Sales Associate to its rapidly growing team to support and improve the efficiency of its marketing and business development department.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Junior Business Development Analyst Intern/Sales Associate, your main tasks will revolve around:
- Sales Content Production: Utilize your graphic design and marketing skills to create compelling sales content, including sales sheets, flyers, and one-pagers.
- Client Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain client relationships through regular calls and emails, and oversee and manage the CRM software to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Lead Management: Support the sales team by providing initial responses (email, call, video call) and quickly qualifying incoming leads.
- Lead Generation: Build and maintain a leads database, focusing on delivery or transportation companies with key decision-makers.
- Content Creation and Community Management: Assist in content creation and manage our social media communities.
- Event Participation: Attend industry-specific events to represent 7Gen and network with potential clients and partners.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including applications for subsidies, updating the database of electric vehicles and chargers, drafting contracts, and creating presentations.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process.
- Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other responsibilities as reasonably assigned by the Company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in a business-related field
- Fluency in English and French, both oral and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with graphic design and marketing tools is a plus
