Key responsibilities:
- Fully supporting OpusVi’s partner marketing and communications strategy and executing it in different phases
- Draft communications for stakeholders and develop content partner marketing campaigns
- Manage an ongoing schedule of communications through partner marketing channels
- Creating and curating engaging content, and ensuring accuracy in all promotional language
- Support social media strategies with content creation, industry research and graphic design
- Conducting industry research to support content marketing initiatives and projects
- Conduct media outreach to national, trade and regional reporters
- Build and update media lists and databases
- Support Lead in scheduling and coordinating various conferences and events
- Assist in administrative duties along with website updates and edits
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
(Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required)
- Bachelor degree in marketing, communications or a related field, candidates currently pursuing a degree are welcome to apply as well.
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of communications, public relations strategies and media outreach
- Efficiency at Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and Drive
- Strong desire to learn and a professional drive to build skills
- CMS website management experience, Hubspot preferred
