The Junior Analyst will be a member of the Enterprise Architecture team supporting the Business Intelligence and Data Governance pillars, executing several unique and varied activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the current systems, drafting the documentation, and capturing the processes. The responsibilities include (but are not limited to) requirements and interfacing with application owners and developers to obtain, organize and present data/ findings on the processes.
Key Accountabilities:
Assist in detailed analysis of processes and operations
Help prepare process charts and analyses reflecting workflow
Review existing processes/ systems to increase efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes
Draft the procedures after gathering information
Coordinate and schedule meetings with the technical team members
Maintain inventory documentation of findings from the process analysis
Must haves:
Currently enrolled in a Business /IT related University/College degree or equivalent experience
Strong organizational skills & ability to multitask
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, hardworking, flexible and able to work independently and collaboratively
