Shift Information: At least 3 days a week (Monday availably is preferred), 10AM to 5PM, up to 24 hours a week

The Finance Department is responsible for the management of both long term and day to day budget operations and strategy. Sony Music Canada is looking for an exceptional intern to join the Finance team on a short term basis. As a Finance and Accounting Intern
, you will have the opportunity to observe and assist in the day-to-day activities but not limited to:
- Assisting with accounts payable management and administration by receiving and processing supplier invoices
- Reconciling invoices against purchase orders
- Investigating irregularities between invoices and purchase orders
- Working with vendors to ensure accurate invoices provided
- Reviewing current processes and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Providing general administrative support to the Artist Marketing team
The Ideal Candidate:
- Finance, Economics or related major
- Has high attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Has a professional attitude with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Has a strong desire to learn and works well within a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and technology savvy
