As an Intern Bachelors Verification Engineer here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the aerospace industry. You will be responsible for assisting with the verification and validation of aircraft systems and components, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of safety and performance. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the field of aerospace engineering and allow you to contribute to the advancement of aviation technology.
You will report directly to our SATCOM Systems Integration Manager, and you'll work out of our Kanata location.
In this role, you will impact the development and testing of aircraft systems, contributing to the overall safety and reliability of Honeywell's products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the verification and validation of aircraft systems and components.
- Conduct tests and analyze data to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to identify and resolve issues.
- Document test procedures and results
YOU MUST HAVE
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance.
- Must graduate before May 2027.
- This is a 16-month Co-Op from May 2025 – August 2026.
