About the team
As a member of our Consulting Team, you understand our customers’ most pressing business performance challenges and you are committed to helping our customers solve complex challenges in the distributed value chain that is prevalent in manufacturing today.
This is a 2 weeks internship program, starting July 28th and ends on Aug 8th 2025.
*You must be able to attend the whole duration in order to participate.
As the internship will be a part of the hiring process for the Associate Consultant position, please only apply if you are interested in joining our company after your graduation!
What you will do
• Participate in sessions conducted by Professional Services members on various topics such as Supply Chain Management basics, our project methodology, etc.
• Learn the basics of the Maestro Data Model and Planning algorithms
• Learn Maestro software and perform solution configuration through a Study Project
• Actively interact with our members and gain an understanding of the Kinaxis culture
• Participate in real project meetings to gain insight into how projects are carried out
• Deliver a final presentation on what you have learned through the internship program
• Any other reasonable tasks may be assigned as deemed fit
What we are looking for
• Majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Ability to learn a new application– Kinaxis Maestro
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with other internal members and the Solution Architect on the team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be self-driven and work both independently and in a collaborative environment as required
• Proficiency in Japanese and English; Chinese or Korean is also beneficial
Things that would definitely help
Detailed knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Order Fulfilment, Capacity Planning, Inventory Management
Familiarity with Cloud environments
Basic database and SQL knowledge
Proficiency in Python and/or R Language
