The Opportunity

As a Business Development Intern, you will:

Build and maintain a diverse candidate database to support the recruitment team
Assist in generating business leads for our sales and recruitment team to pursue
Balance multiple tasks while achieving personal performance targets
Gain a deep understanding of our specialist sectors in the EHS space
Learn how to identify top talent and match candidates with client needs
Collaborate closely with the team to support business growth and candidate placement

What We're Looking For

Currently enrolled in your 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of post-secondary education
Legally able to work in Canada without sponsorship
A strong interest in exploring a career in talent acquisition, sales, or business development
Enthusiasm for learning and working in a dynamic, results-driven environment
