Who we're looking for

You’ll be a good match for the role on our operations team if you’re excited by a small team taking on large challenges, and doing everything it takes to win the trust of our customers. We’re a fun team with serious drive and are looking for someone to dive in and join the hustle.

In this role, you will

Be a critical member of our operations and patient support team, helping ensure an exceptional patient experience
Drive KPIs that ensure continued improvement of the operations team
Analyze data to identify trends and drive areas for continuous improvement (customer feedback, support metrics, and data)
Work with company leadership to streamline operations and enhance the patient journey, identifying the key touch points across interactions with customers and developing strategies to optimize success

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent, or currently enrolled in university studies
Strong written and oral communication skills (English)
Ability to balance attention to detail with efficient execution in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and desire to make a change in Canadian healthcare
