What will you do?
- Performing research and providing answers for customer generated inquiries.
- Contributing to defined projects or tasks under direct supervision.
- Documenting processes or upgrading existing procedure manuals.
- Facilitate issues that arise from various teams and coordinate with CRE partners
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and other materials (ie. playbooks, templates, minutes).
- Assist in identifying and tracking business and stakeholder issues and requirements and developing solution
What do you need to succeed?
- Working towards a Bachelor's or Masters degree from an accredited University
- An interest in the Corporate Real Estate industry; prior experience is not required but ability and willingness to learn quickly is a must
- Excellent oral and written interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently as well as be able to collaborate and work effectively in teams with internal departments and build partnerships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency and comfort using Microsoft Office suite of tools (Powerpoint, Excel)

Please note: This posting is for a 4-months Summer 2025 Student placement with a start date of May 2025, and end date of August 2025. In order to be eligible for this 4-months Student position, you must either:
- Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of August 2025 ; or
- If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in August 2025), you must require the full 4-months work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.
