Interns will work closely with our marketing team to assist in various initiatives, including campaign development, market research, content creation, and social media management. This internship will provide you with valuable skills and insights into the marketing functions of an HR consulting firm.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote Sizanid HR services
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and analyze competitor activities
- Support the creation of marketing content, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates
- Manage and monitor the company's social media channels to enhance engagement
- Help with organizing promotional events and webinars
- Track marketing campaign performance and gather insights for reporting
- Collaborate with team members on various marketing projects
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn about the HR industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Duration: 2-3 months (part-time, min 10 hours/week)
