Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Market Research Intern to assist with gathering and analyzing data to guide COCOA’s market expansion. You will work closely with our Business Development and Product teams to identify market trends, opportunities, and customer needs in the HORECA sector. This internship offers hands-on experience in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and data-driven strategy development in the fast-growing tech and F&B industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research on the HORECA industry, focusing on procurement challenges and trends.
- Analyze competitor platforms and identify potential differentiators for COCOA.
- Assist in identifying new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Making cold calls to Suppliers and Restaurants to introduce COCOA and get potential LOIs.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback from primary and secondary sources.
- Help develop reports, presentations, and recommendations based on research findings.
- Support the team with data collection and analysis for product development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
- Familiarity with the HORECA sector, supply chain, or procurement processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
