Position Overview
We are looking for talented Business Development Interns to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the business development team to identify, pitch, and onboard new clients within the HR consulting industry. This is an assignment-based internship where you’ll be paid based on successful client onboarding. You will also receive an internship certificate and additional perks to support your career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients within the HR space (such as businesses seeking HR solutions, staffing needs, or organizational development support) through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- Sales Pitching: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, focusing on the value our HR consulting services can bring to their organization.
- Lead Generation: Use email campaigns, social media outreach, and other channels to generate and nurture new leads.
- Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience and clear communication between the client and our consulting team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and HR consulting teams to develop strategies for business development and identify opportunities for growth.
- Reporting: Track performance metrics and report on client acquisition progress, ensuring that goals are met and objectives are achieved.

Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, HR, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Open to candidates across Canada (remote work).
- Prior internship or work experience in business development or sales is a plus but not required.
