About Us: Bluebelt is an early-stage HR technology start-up, leveraging AI as a hiring assistant for HR professionals in heavy industries.
We are currently seeking an HR Intern, motivated and passionate to solve problems in the world of work, to join our team on a part-time basis.
Position Overview: As an HR Intern, you will support the founding team in various operational tasks and projects. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources and develop their skills in a professional environment. You will work closely with business owners, executives, managers, and HR professionals and gain insight into HR processes and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the hiring process for candidates, including answering questions, back-and-forth communication, and conducting follow-up surveys.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the platform.
- Participate in new projects and initiatives, such as partnerships.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for customers.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and trends to support ongoing HR initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the founders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in human resources and a desire to learn about HR operations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges at an early-stage start-up.

Work Schedule:
- Part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week.

Salary:
$18-$25/hour
