Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybrid
This role is contributing to the Electrification business area in Mexico City.
You will be mainly accountable for:
•Collaborating with various teams to support ABB’s operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines.
•Create a supplier pre-selection process based on their experience and service
•Review the entire Purchases/SAP Ariba registration process to identify areas for improvement: Optimize the registration process, filling out the form in Spanish for a better understanding of the supplier.
•Train the supplier with the corporate rules and branding.
•Train the marketing, communication, and purchasing service areas so that the process is established if it is necessary to update/add suppliers in the future.
•Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.

- Degree in Administration, Industrial or Logistics
- You are at ease communicating in English at conversational level
