Sales Support Specialist - Customer Supp
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybrid
This role is contributing to the Electrification in Mexico City.
You will be mainly accountable for:
•Analysis and review of purchase orders.
•Sending invoices and monitoring their correct registration.
•Tracking materials to the border.
•Creation of Bnbound Deliveries and Virtual income (dropship).
•Filing claims and monitoring incidents.
•Analysis of transit times and traffic log.
Qualifications for the role
- You enjoy working with SAP and Power BI
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of Excel and PowerBI
- You are passionate about collaboration, critical thinking, attention to detail
- Degree in Administration, Business, Industrial o related (active student)
- You are at ease communicating in English at intermediate level
