Participates in and supports the operational activities of the Registrations and Continuing Education teams by performing varied administrative/operational assignments.

What is the opportunity?
As part of the Registrations team, the Administrative Assistant will support Registration functions including assisting the Senior Registration Officers, Continuing Education Specialists and Manager with administrative tasks.
What will you do?
- Assist with simple registration filings
- Assist with document preparation
- Assist with Registrations storage drive organization
- Assist with Continuing Education tracking
- Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned

Please note: This posting is for a 4-months Summer 2025 Student placement with a start date of May 2025, and end date of August 2025. In order to be eligible for this 4-months Student position, you must either:
- Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of August 2025 ; or
- If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in August 2025), you must require the full 4-months work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.
