You will act as a key player in our Human Resources and Project Management team to support the La Pocatière site.

As part of your position, you will be called upon to:

Create a complete Sharepoint dedicated to the site with:
- A new comers section
- A section for each department
Ask for each department their needs
Regroup all existing SharePoint
Define a role and responsabilities management for access
Create groups to limit access on some sections
Add all relevant tools, KPIs, files
Add relevant dashboard to follow the day to day site life
Participate in the process of welcoming new employees;
Support HR business partners on special projects;
Monitoring our performance indices.

QUALIFICATIONS

As our ideal candidate:

Bachelor's degree student in IT with SharePoint skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and act professionally;
Be focused on action and results and teamwork;
Have an eye for detail and have very good communications skills;
In-depth knowledge of IT tools (Excel, Word, Power Point and SAP);
Bilingualism spoken and written in English and French.
