The Consumer Collecting department aims to drive trial and awareness for Red Bull products and brand to grow Can Love and Brand Love through Sampling and University Activity via the Student Marketeer program. The Consumer Collecting Intern will support the National Consumer Collecting team with the overall strategy, management, and execution of the Student Marketeer Program, as well as the strategy and execution of Sampling and University Activity from the HQ level. The Consumer Collecting Intern will focus on the development of new departmental processes & tools, develop Student Marketeer trainings, analyze and consolidate insights, support with the launch of national campaigns and projects, and manage the Student Marketeer portals for communication.
The Internship Program is run in Toronto, at our HQ. Our modern office environment combines spaces for creativity and playfulness where you will find everything you need to give wings to your ideas.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
INSIGHTS & REPORTING
Support the review and audit of insights and data from a dedicated reporting platform to streamline the strategy of the Student Marketeer program. Update and share out monthly reports and dashboards recapping departmental and regional targets and insights. Ownership of the Student Marketeer’s dedicated reporting platform including weekly blog posts, content calendar development, and engagement with Student Marketeers. Review and audit of Student Marketeer mission reports on a weekly basis.
TRAININGS
Lead the content development and support regional planning of annual regional Student Marketeer meetings. Management of the content, direction, and overall creation of Student Marketeer trainings. Support the ongoing revision and updates of Student Marketeer onboarding materials.
PROJECT & PROGRAM SUPPORT
Exposure to and support of the development and national launch of a global brand project including strategy development, tool & asset development, and reporting. Assist in the national roll out of strategy & objectives related to global brand projects to field marketing teams. Support the development of a photography library and catalogue. Work closely with the national Consumer Collecting team on developing new ideas and driving marketing innovation within regional and national plans and initiatives.

- Actively enrolled as an undergraduate in a university or college in Business, Marketing, Communications ,or related field.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
- Strong working knowledge of RBU is an asset.
- Understanding of the Red Bull sampling and university program operations & strategy.
- A strong understanding of the local university landscape and student demographic is an asset.
- Self-motivated and proven ability to manage timelines independently.
- An interest in consumer marketing, brand campaigns and project management.
