Are you passionate about shaping the customer experience of tomorrow? This role will support the Insights and CX Design Strategy (ICXDS) Team to create cutting-edge, digitally oriented CX for our clients. As part of our forward-thinking team, you will focus on researching and analyzing emerging trends, customer behaviors and market shifts that could impact the future of insurance. Alongside this, you will also support the broader CX team in research and design thinking.
Innovation & Trend Scanning:Conduct market assessments, environmental scans and/or competitive analyses (through web research and coordinating efforts withother teams) to determine the landscape of the various business segments
Scanning Synthesis:Support the synthesize process, analyze data from foresight research and help translate insights into actionable recommendations and implications for our CX work streams
Competitor Scanning:Support existing competitor research done by the Design teamto highlight how competitors are applyingemergingtrendsintheir business
Reporting & Presentations: Assist in preparing foresight reports, presentations and visualizations to communicate future trends and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
CX Support:Collaborate with CX researchers and strategists to integrate foresight insights into research and design. As well as, providing support on ongoing CX work streams as needed
What do you need to succeed?
Experience in, or an appreciation for, client experience, digital design, service design, and/or strategy
Currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution with a focus on
Foresight, Business,Psychology, Anthropology, Market Research, Social Sciences, Humanities, orrelated discipline
Experience working in a team-based environment
Experience formatting/creating PowerPoint templates, Excel sheets and Word documents
Experience with Figma and MURAL
Strong interest and knowledge in trends research and foresight methodologies
Analytical skills and ability to synthesize insights from various research streams
Good understanding of CX methodologies and principles
Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
