Job Summary
The OMA Finance department is currently seeking a Summer Student to provide administrative support related to document management in anticipation of our office renovation. Along with assisting the reporting team during the budget process.
You Will Make a Difference By
Archiving all financial documents and preparations for upcoming office renovation.
Assisting the reporting team with the compilation of budget data and other administrative support for annual organizational budget process.
Assist in data preparation for business intelligence project.
Requirements That Are Important to Us
Currently in an undergraduate Business/Finance program pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Proficient in analytics and Microsoft Excel, specifically handling higher volumes of data.
Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited post-secondary program and returning to school for the subsequent fall semester to be eligible for consideration.
The OMA has moved to a permanent hybrid work environment. As such, the individual in this position will be required to work a minimum number of days in our Toronto office.
